Our team

The Air Planner team has been recruited from many different areas of the aviation industry. This includes air traffic control, international trip planning, flight dispatch, aircrew and ground operations. We operate a year-round 24 hour service.

Air Planner is a service team designed to provide unrivalled support to your flight department. Regular training ensures our team know the latest company, customer and legislative requirements. This is monitored through our quality system and regular audits. Our team comprises industry-respected people; the key individuals are:

Management

Supervisors

• Iain Waite

  Iain has a comprehensive experience of aviation, with roles including dispatch, passenger services, ramp handling, cargo and most recently comprehensive flight / trip planning. Iain also has a BA (Hons) in Airline and Airport Management.

• Sandy Love

  With 38 Years aviation experience, including the Royal Air Force, Sandy has widespread experience in commercial cargo operations, flight planning, permit acquisition and out sourced operations support. He has also worked extensively in Africa and Middle East both as a station manager and a loadmaster.

• Ian McEwan

  Ian has worked for several aviation service providers including a major UK airline. Working in various disciplines, Ian has gained a wide-ranging knowledge and appreciation of both executive and commercial operations, including commercial ETOPS operations.

Flight Planning Team

• Iain Sealey

  During his time at Oxford Aviation Training, Iain attended a ground school to gain an Airline Transport Pilots Licence. During his time there he was extensively trained in meteorology, human performance and limitations, weight and balance, flight planning and principles of flight.

• Chris Moult

  Chris joined Air Planner following 22 years of service in the Royal Air Force where he led and managed operations ranging from VIP to those in hostile environments. He is experienced in all aspects of airfield and flight operations and holds an FAA Dispatcher licence.

• Graham Kelly

  After 8 years service in Operations for one of Gatwick Airport’s largest charter airlines, Graham joined the ranks of Air Planner. Alongside international trip planning, Graham’s commercial background means he is fully versed in ETOPS operations and their requirements. He also holds a G1 Glider Pilot and Instructor rating.

Operations Team

• Mike George

  Starting in airline catering and cabin services, Mike now has widespread experience of most aspects of commercial and private aviation. He is a veteran of flight following, flight planning and ground operations.

• Vera Alladitta

  Working for a major UK scheduled airline for eight years both at London Heathrow and then at Amsterdam Schipol, Vera gained a wealth of experience in both passenger and ground ops services. She is fluent in Czech and can speak a number of other languages.

• Angela Alexander

  Angela has a broad aviation background, previously working as a travel consultant for a major UK airline / holiday company and then troubleshooting as a customer services agent for a major UK airline's subsidiary.
