  • Flight Planning

    We use the respected AirData system to provide computerised flight plans. Plans are based on real-time weather and worldwide airways route data. ATC Flight Plan filing, airways slot co-ordination and route evaluation are also available.

  • Overflight Permits

    Many countries outside Western Europe require permits to be issued in order to overfly their territorial airspace. Some of the regulations are very burdensome. We have developed excellent relationships with the key government departments and local agents concerned, which can expedite the issue of permits for last-minute flights.

  • Landing Permits

    Most countries require that landing permits are issued for commercial flights operated by a carrier from another country. Permits are also required for private flights and/or flights making technical landings in many countries. As with overflight permits, we have developed excellent relationships with the key government departments and local agents concerned, which can expedite the issue of permits for last-minute flights.

  • Handling Co-ordination

    Efficient ground handling services at your destination can be equally important as the flight itself. We have many years of experience in dealing with ground handling agents around the world and can recommend and arrange the handling appropriate for your flight. Credit facilities for approved clients are also available. It is not what you know, but who you know that makes for a smooth experience.

  • Airport Co-ordination

    Access to many of the world's major airports is now regulated by slots. We will take care of the onerous task of slot co-ordination.

  • Weather and NOTAM briefings

    We can provide comprehensive tailored route briefings for both weather (graphic and non-graphic) and NOTAM information. Briefings are based on worldwide data.

  • Flight Following

    We monitor the progress of your flight from engine start to arrival at your destination; constantly checking the progress of your flight, the weather enroute and at the destination. We will proactively liaise and work as the diversion control centre in the event of your aircraft diverting.

  • Fuel

    We have developed strategic relationships with many of the major fuel suppliers and fuel resellers and can supply jet fuel and offer credit facilities to approved clients.

  • Accommodation

    Through our in-house travel agency, we are able to arrange suitable hotel accommodation for both flight crew and passengers if required, often at preferential rates.

  • Aircraft Charter

    Our parent, Air Partner plc, is the world's largest aircraft charter broker. It also holds a Royal Warrant from HM Queen Elizabeth II as supplier of aircraft charter. We can link you to one of our professional brokers so you can explore charter solutions worldwide.
